Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

KING OF THE COURT - 7/2/26

King of the Court Tournament – No Refund Policy All tournament registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: - Team cancellations - Player injuries - Scheduling conflicts - Inclement weather - Event disqualification due to rules violations Once a team is registered, their spot is secured in the tournament, and event preparations begin based on expected participation. Due to the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate refund requests, as resources, venue costs, staffing, and other logistical expenses are committed well in advance. By completing registration, teams and coaches acknowledge and accept this policy. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to making King of the Court a competitive and well-organized event!

MEMBERSHIP - INDIVIDUAL

Membership Cancellation & Freeze Policy Membership Pause / Freeze Option We understand that families may occasionally need time away due to injury, school commitments, travel, or personal circumstances. Instead of canceling, members may request to pause (freeze) their membership. Freeze requests must also be submitted in writing Minimum freeze period: 2 weeks Maximum freeze period: 8 weeks per calendar year Spots are held during the freeze Membership automatically resumes at the end of the approved freeze period Freezing your membership allows your athlete to keep their roster spot and return without re-registration or waitlists. Cancellation Requests All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [your email address]. Please note: Verbal, text message, or in-person cancellations will not be accepted or processed Requests must come from the parent/guardian on file A minimum 14-day written notice is required prior to the next billing date Billing will continue during the notice period No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for missed sessions Membership remains active until you receive written confirmation from Kings Basketball Failure to follow the written cancellation process will result in continued billing. We strongly encourage families to communicate early so we can help find solutions that keep athletes training and progressing whenever possible.

TRIAL SESSION

This FREE trial gives new players the chance to step into our culture, meet our coaches, and get a feel for our family‑driven environment before committing to membership. Players will participate in a full training session focused on skill development, energy, and connection. This is a great opportunity for families to see how our program operates, how we teach, and how we support each athlete’s growth. To activate your free trial, simply complete the quick registration form. After your session, if you choose to continue, your player can be seamlessly converted into a monthly membership.
